Judging Process on YouNoodle: A Step-by-Step Guide
1. Invitation and Account Setup
You will receive an email invitation to join YouNoodle as a judge from the program organizers.
Click the invitation link to log in to your YouNoodle account.

If you don't have an account, create one using the exact same email address where you received the invitation.
Crucial Note: You must log in with the email address that received the invitation. If you use a different email, you will see an "Access Denied" message, which simply means you are signed in with the wrong account.
2. Accepting the Invitation
Once logged in, go to your Home page.
Open the “Pending Invitations” tab and click “Accept” to join the judging round.
3. Setting Preferences (If Applicable)
If category preferences are enabled, you can set them by selecting “Yes,” “Maybe,” or “No” for the available categories.
These preferences must be submitted before the judging round officially opens to be taken into consideration for entry assignments.
4. Beginning the Evaluation
When the judging round opens, you may receive a second notification inviting you to begin.
Click “Go to Judging” to access your evaluation workspace.
5. Review and Evaluate Entries
Use the toolbox on the right side of the screen to view your assigned entries.
Click any entry name to start your review and evaluation.
Entries that you have saved will automatically move to the Completed section.
6. Finalizing Submissions
After you have evaluated all the entries assigned to you, click “Submit entry” to finalize and submit all your evaluations.
Congratulations! You have completed the judging round!
