1. Program administrators: Your application answers and files, if any, are available to the administrator of the program you applied to. Contact the program organizer to find out if anyone else will have access to your files.
2. Judges and mentors: For evaluation purposes, assigned judges and mentors will be granted access to all or part of your application.
3. YouNoodle Staff: YouNoodle admin staff will have access to your information also, but will not use your information without your permission.
